May Construction opened in Savannah, Georgia, in 2021. The company currently operates in the Greater Savannah area and the entire Low Country of South Carolina.
May Construction provides new construction and renovation service for Commercial, Industrial, Education, Healthcare, Retail/Hospitality, and Residential.
By being local and experienced in this market, May Construction is able to leverage relationships and deeply rooted connections to provide maximum value for our clients.

Josh Mayberry
Josh is a graduate of the University of Florida, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 2009 and a Masters Degree of Construction Management from Auburn University in 2012.
Since graduating Josh has managed over $300 Million in Commercial Construction and over $5 Million in Residential construction working for various contractors in the Savannah and Lowcountry markets.
As such, Josh has been exposed to various project types from Education, Healthcare, Industrial, and Retail and has delivered the projects with various types of deliverables, thus providing him and May Construction with the skills and experience needed to meet any given projects and clients needs.

Fernando Rabell
Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Fern is a graduate of Villanova University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2013.
He started his career in Puerto Rico in Steel Erection and managed Sitework before moving to Miami, Florida. There, he worked as a Project Engineer for Marine and Civil Construction. Shortly after, he moved to Savannah, GA in 2016 continuing to work in the Heavy Civil and Marine sector. Having completed large jobs for the Georgia Ports Authority and the Corps of Engineers throughout the Southeast, he found his passion for construction. Now he joins May Construction with over 12 years of experience in varying sectors of construction ready to find more success.
In his free time, Fern enjoys playing Pickleball and Golf. Also, he enjoys cooking and travelling with his wife, Maddie.

Matt Lieb
Matt, a seasoned construction professional with over 30 years of experience, earned his degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
Matt and his wife Kimberly are the parents of five children.

Matt is a graduate of Ogeechee Technical College in Statesboro, Georgia.
He brings a proven track record of 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
Matt is married to his wife Victoria and they have one daughter.

Thomas is a trusted professional with over 15 years of experience in construction.
He and his wife Amber have two children.

Allie Edwards
Allie is a finance professional with over 15 years of experience in corporate and business finance, mainly in the construction industry. She loves helping companies make smart financial decisions that drive growth and keep projects on track. Outside of work, she is a wife, a mom of two, and passionate about health and living well.

Casey Kirkconnell
Casey was born and raised in Savannah Ga, graduating from Georgia Southern in 2014 with a degree in Biology. After college, Casey spent time as a Charter Boat Captain before finding his passion for construction.
Casey brings a wide range of construction experience from custom residential homes to developing full size communities and commercial spaces in the Georgia and South Carolina areas. With his long ties to the community, Casey has had the opportunity to work with many of the top subcontractors in the area. These relationships have led to successful and smooth projects throughout the years.
In his free time, Casey can be found spending his time outdoors hunting, fishing, playing golf, or boating with his wife Lauren and their two children.

Nicole Mayberry
After being an educator for over 15 years, Nicole decided to switch career gears and come work for May Construction using her expertise in creating content & marketing to help the business. Nicole is married to the owner Josh Mayberry and together they have 2 children. She enjoys reading, cooking, the boat and the beach and spending time with family and friends.
